Fundwright has no sign-in screen. You buy once, receive a licence file, and drop it into the app. That is the whole activation.
The app keeps working. It drops back to Free limits, so you go back to five proposals a quarter and watermarked PDF export.
Nothing is deleted. Every proposal, budget, template and stored document stays in your local database exactly as it was. Load a new licence file and all of it unlocks again on the same install.
Yes. The licence follows you, not the machine. Install Fundwright on the new laptop and load the same licence.lic file.
To carry your work across, use Backup / restore on Pro and Agency, or copy the local database file directly on Free. If the old machine is gone for good, email us and we will re-issue the licence.

Writing, the Cost and Timeline estimators, exports, and the AI Proposal Enhancement all run on your own machine. The Qwen 2.5 model ships inside the installer, so rewriting and tone changes work on a train, in a field office, or on a village connection that comes and goes.
It is emailed to the address you paid with, usually within a few minutes of the payment clearing. Open Fundwright, go to Settings › Licence › Load file, and pick it.

If a paid licence will not activate and we cannot fix it, write to us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund in full. Renewals are refundable within 7 days if the renewal was accidental.
No. Pro is a single Owner seat with no user management. If two or more people need to work on the same proposals, Agency is the plan: four users, unlimited organisations, and shared budget templates.
